First, you should rest assured that checks all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. If by any case the item was damaged, please send it back to us, and offer a photo to clarify the situation. We will deal with it correspondingly.

No. You need to request us no matter what items you want to return because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided to you.

The returned items are required to return by local regular post mail. A tracking number with the local regular post mail is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipping; it is also an evidence for the refund of shipping fee.

If an item you received isn't compatible with your equipment, you may return it providing that: 1. The item has not been used. 2.
